Coaches we’ve had huge success over the past three years working with golf pros all over the world, helping them get better student results and dramatically increase their income. At last year's show we had an informal meet up of RGX coaches, exchanging ideas, and talking about the business of coaching.

It was an awesome experience and we heard we thought we should do a formal workshop and tell folks more about what it takes to actually be successful with coaching. So that’s EXACTLY what we’re going to do.

This is going to be different than any other workshop at the show as we're helping you get clear on your goals and define the exact steps you need to take.

FOR EXAMPLE - Scott Fletcher, 22 years old in Sussex England who went from grossing £10,000 to £24,000 in his first year with RGX by applying what you’re going to learn at this workshop.


Component #1 - How to attract a crowd

When truly becoming a successful coach you have work on your own mindset first.

We’re going to talk about how to attract people to a mission rather than promotion. It’s not about selling, it’s not about marketing, it’s not about advertising it’s attracting a crowd that believes in your mission.


Component #2 - Getting Sh*t Done

I hear all the time how busy we all are. Unfortunately not making money.

We’re going to talk about the key steps of getting effective, getting efficient, and making your goals happen.

If in your gut you know coaching programs are the way forward, but you’ve been held back this is the time to act.

Look at someone like Brad Pluth in Minnesota who in only 6 weeks has signed up 22 high school players putting $10,000 in additional revenue into his business this past month.



2:30 - 2:45 : Start at the finish line. We’re going to collect all of your questions to make sure we get everything covered that’s relevant to you.

2:45 - 3:00 : The Takeaway. We’ll talk about what you're going to leave with.

3:00 - 3:30 : How to attract a crowd. What guaranteed results are and how that creates a following.

3:30 - 3:50 : Q&A Discussion

3:50 - 4:30 : How to Get Sh*t Done. Tactical vs strategic and defining goals.

4:30 - 4:45 : Q&A Discussion

4:45 - 5:30 : Panel Discussion. Successful coaches answering the questions we collected at the start and talking about how they’ve been able to massively grow their business.

5:30 - onward : Drinks and appetizers included so you can meet with other coaches and learn what others are successfully doing.

Where We're Meeting and What you Get

We're hosting the event at MetroWest Golf Club just 15 minutes away from the convention center.  We'll be able to get away from the chaos and focus on the business of coaching.

If you don't have a car we'll be getting you a ride out there so you have nothing to worry about.

We're also including drinks and appetizers so you'll have time to get to know other coaches from around the world and talk about what's going on in your businesses and share best practices.
